The program provides individual and/or group counseling with a
Dietitian and Nurse Educator.

- Yearly diabetes newsletter
Annual Diabetes Information Nights are held annually in
every November.
The
program has an open referral policy which allows persons with
diabetes to self refer or be referred by their Physician or
other healthcare provider.
