Philosophy  Features/Services Offered
Food Service To provide high quality food service which will promote the improvement of health; maintain optimum health and satisfaction of the patient/customer within the resources available. -Operated by Aramark Canada (Versa) since January 1, 1969 

-All production of food is done on-site.

-Cafeteria hours are 9:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m. for staff, visitors, patients and the general public. We serve 120 visitors daily.

-Supplies food for Meals-on-Wheels program both in Dunnville and Cayuga, which serves approximately 580 meals per month.

-Supplies  a School Breakfast Program local elementary school that includes nutritous breakfast foods such as juice or milk, cereal, muffins and cheese.

-Provides snacks for five area schools two days per week 
 

Nutrition To provide current detailed nutritional care dynamics to assist in assessing compliance within identified standards, increased understanding and nutrition intervention in patient care. -Offer outpatient nutrition counseling on a weekly basis (Fridays) 

-3-day diabetes education program is offered on a monthly basis operated by the Haldimand-Norfolk Tri-Hospital Diabetes Education Program
