Our Emergency Department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For life threatening emergencies, always call 911.
Appointments are required for all test other than General Radiography. General Radiography are on a walk-in basis.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment in order for us to schedule another patient from our waitlist. Please call 905-774-7431 x 1221.
At the time your appointment is booked, you will be advised of any special instructions to prepare for your test. The day of your appointment please arrive 15 min prior to your scheduled appointment time with a valid health card to allow for registration.

WE-CARE 2 IMAGE refers to the OH West Diagnostic Imaging Central Intake Program designed to provide a single point of entry for patients and providers to access CT and MRI diagnostic imaging services across the West Region. The WE-CARE 2 IMAGE Program is directly aligned with Ontario Health’s provincial vision for Centralized Intake systems. This program is on track to being the first regional central intake hub for diagnostic imaging. WE-CARE 2 IMAGE is the official name of the OH West Diagnostic Imaging Central Intake Program. WE-CARE 2 IMAGE acronym refers to West-Collaborative-Access-Regional-Equitable with a focus on our region and CT and MRI diagnostic imaging services.
