Ben brings over 40 years of Banking and Corporate Finance experience along with 17 years of Municipal Council experience to our Board of directors. Ben has served as the past president and/ or a Board Member of:
- Cambridge Chamber of Commerce
- Ontario Chamber of Commerce.
- Argus Residence (women’s shelter).
- Cambridge & North Dumfries United Way.
- Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO).
- Chair or Co-Chair of the United Way National campaigns for CIBC Risk Management.
As a professional who takes great pride in developing and fostering long-standing relationships, Ben is confident in his ability to engage with the Board in ways that reflect the goals and needs of Haldimand War Memorial Hospital, Edgewater Gardens and all the residents and visitors who have come to know and rely on their services.
Ben firmly believes that Dunnville, as a community, is poised for growth and advancement in a way that honours and embraces its “small-town roots,” and is eager to work alongside like-minded people to help stabilize, re-energize, and mobilize the community into reaching this potential.
