Sharon Moore is the President and CEO for Haldimand War Memorial Hospital and Edgewater Gardens in Dunnville, Ontario. Previously, Sharon was the Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at the hospital and she worked for over 20 years at Markham Stouffville Hospital in various leadership positions.
Sharon has a degree in Nursing from McMaster University and a Master in Health Studies from Athabasca University.
Sharon is passionate about excellent patient care and advocates tirelessly for improvements in our health system. She is a broad systems thinker and strives to bring diverse groups together with the main purpose always to care for the needs of patients & residents, their families, and the community.
Away from the hospital, Sharon is also a member of the Discipline and Fitness to Practice Committees at the College of Nurses’ of Ontario.
