    Trees Identified for Removal 405 Lock St – Parking Lot Area

    Beginning Monday April 29th McKays Tree Service will be on site at 405 Lock St – Parking Lot across from the Hospital removing the below identified trees. (See trees being removed marked in green) These trees have been identified as Health and Safety Risks and are scheduled to be removed. The parking lot will be closed to all staff and visitors. The lot will be flagged and blocked accordingly to facilitate the tree removal safely. Please ensure staff park in identified staff parking areas and lots around the Campus. The intended duration for parking lot closure will begin Sunday April 28th Nights and re-opened again Wednesday May 1st end of day. The entire lot will be flagged with caution tape and the work area will be supported with safety persons while work is being performed. Thanks and we apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

    All visitors are asked to report to the nursing station upon arrival to the unit. If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any respiratory symptoms, please do NOT visit. HWMH recommends all visitors to wear a mask. Visitors are restricted to 2 at a time. Do not consume food or drink while visiting. Please adhere to the isolation guidelines as posted

    OUTPATIENT CLINIC UPDATE

    Haldimand War Memorial Hospital is pleased to share an update on the location of our outpatient laboratory. Effective Thursday September 14, 2023, the outpatient laboratory will be located on the Broad Street side of the hospital in the former COVID testing centre space. The new location is easily accessed from the parking lot on the east side of the Emergency Department. Our hours of operation are 0730-1400, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Visits are by appointment only. Please call 905-774-7431 extension 1293 to book your appointment.
